Overview
When BizGen Technologies built out its managed IT services division, we evaluated every major MSP platform on the market — ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya, and others. None fit our operational model perfectly, and the licensing costs were prohibitive for a growing provider.
So we built Sentinel: a self-hosted, API-first MSP platform designed specifically for smaller providers who need enterprise-grade tooling without enterprise-grade pricing or vendor lock-in.
Sentinel is currently running production workloads for our own MSP clients. The architecture is multi-tenant, fully Dockerized, and designed to be deployed on any cloud or on-premises server.

Why Self-Hosted?
Data sovereignty matters in IT management. With a self-hosted platform, your client data never leaves your infrastructure — no third-party SaaS storing sensitive network topology, credentials, or endpoint data.
Sentinel can be deployed on-premises, on a private cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), or as a hybrid setup. Full Docker Compose configuration included for one-command deployment.
