Cerebro Field is a dispatcher-first FSM (Field Service Management) platform. The dispatch board is designed to give coordinators a real-time map view of every technician, with drag-and-drop job assignment and automated route optimization.
A companion mobile app is designed to show technicians their schedule, navigate them to each job, and capture signatures, photos, and parts used on-site. Cerebro Field is currently in beta and undergoing testing.
